Valley Home Improvement would like to introduce to you John Demerski, our Featured Employee Profile this month.  John is coming up on his fifth year with Valley Home Improvement and “is a breath of fresh air to work with” says colleague Iesha Gomillion. “Every morning I’m greeted with a friendly smile and a soft spoken hello”.  Modest and down to earth John has a deep understanding of building science, and home performance.  Starting out as a Lead Carpenter for the company, John has proven to be valuable in many other areas of the business. For example, John is presently leading and overseeing Valley Home Improvement’s Weatherization Division which is responsible for all of VHI’s air sealing, insulation implementations and energy efficiency measures.

John grew up in the Valley and is a proud husband and father of one. When he’s not working John enjoys spending time with his family on the ski slopes, and at the beach. Other interests include watching Sunday night football and being an avid golfer.
